Our Booking Policy

1. Rise reserve the right to charge cancellation fee for group, party or special event bookings.

2. The cancellation fee will reflect any cost incurred by Rise in terms of staff, foor or beverage booked or ordered specifically for your group or party, and any lost revenue as a result of turning other booking away.

3. Please inform us within 24 hours of your booking if you are allergic to any foods. As we try our best to meet your dietary requirements, we cannot guarantee that if you request it on the day (Specially, gluten free or no seafood menu).


Group of 10 or more people Please download: Rise's Group Booking Deposit Form [40.0kb] To make a group booking for 10 or more people please phone:- ° Rise Restaurant (02) 9357 1755 After you have phoned through your booking, please download our group booking deposit form and fax back to us at (02) 9357 1766 with your details asap. On receipt of your deposit, we will contact you to confirm your booking. ° Deposit: For groups of 10 or more a deposit of $10 per person is required. This deposit amount will be deducted from the total amount of the bill on the night. Final numbers must be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance of the booking. ° Cancellations: Should you wish to cancel your group booking you must notify Rise Restaurant on (02) 9357 1755 - 48 hours in advance. * Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. In the case of fixed price special event bookings such as Valentines Day, the cancellation fee will be 50% of the ticket price. ° 10% Service charge for Group Bookings of 20 or more people: Please note that there is a 10% service charge (surcharge) for all group bookings of 20 or more people. ° Function or Party: should you wish to book the whole restaurant for your group or company, please phone (02) 9357 1755 directly. * minimum booking requirements need to be met.
